I have been doing a deeper dive on the Newport News, Va civil and criminal trials because of the eery similarities to my issues in 1998. My school did not become infamous. My story is still pertinent for prevention. 126 pages of sworn taped testimony. This shooting in 2023 was completely preventable, starting with the mother.
Believe it or not "special area" teachers, like the music teacher, YOU, can be called to testify and blamed also by the VP defense. My principal lied under oath in my closed door hearing about "special area" teachers. Court testimony in 2025 and 2026 from the 2023 shooting is important to real life in all schools. Evidently, EP lawyer's cast their reasonable doubt to others to take away EP's responsibility. The music teacher also looked scared on the stand. The guidance counselor cried.
The VP, EP, lost in civil court. The criminal trial was dismissed by a questionable judge after it began. I bet EP's lawyers still expect a big paycheck.
The last names of 4 players in the shootings in the Newport News School District, per AI, are coincidental. AI says none of the players are related.
Shootings? Yes. In 2021 a high school student shot two students in Heritage High School, and per news reports, is serving jail time. His last name is Taylor. Taylor is also the last name of the six year old shooter's mother. The child's initials are JT. Connect dots to mother. This is not a court of law.
The VP at Richneck Elementary School at the time of the January 6, 2023 has the last name Parker. She resigned, per reports, from the school district in late January 2023. Coincidentally, the Newport News School Board, also on the same day as Ebony Parker resigned, offered a separation severance agreement to the Superintendant. His last name is also Parker.

I am still trying to find information on medical records publicly disclosed. Nada! except detailed testimony on Abby Zwerner, the severely injured teacher.
School records of JT were missing per police reports. School records are important.
Punlic knowledge, JT made it to a hospital after he shot his teacher but that is about all I have found. Maybe tested for marijuana?
The make shift school records room, in the then, new school in Northfield in 1998, got compromised after I wrote my workshop request. The Superintendant in my school asked me about that. It was not me. I did not rifle through school records.
Is this protocol for cover ups?

Day 1 Testimony of the Mr. Rawles is important with reference to an IEP. If truly following along, listen to Mr.Rawles testimony starting at about 2 hours 50 minutes into his testimony. At 2 hours 54 minutes, he talks about the response he got from VP, Parker. Listen carefully, did IDEA factor in? I have an idea, that it did. Listen to his entire testimony.
I also have an idea that the chain of command was very poor up to the Superintendant. Only after a shooting, the principal and the superintendant find out there were serious concerns?
My workshop request included my superintendant. I felt the chain of command should know!
