Pittsburgh has "teen takeovers". Yes, someone did die a few weeks ago. Horses were brought out on the Friday night of the NFL draft. Pittsburgh is wringing its hands. There have been at least three violent takeovers, but a look at Market Square on a regular basis may show less violent occurrences.

Rochester, NY is asking do you know where your children are after a violent July 4th evening. Seven shot, well after 10:00 pm.
Should not all parents be asking where is my kid? ASK...asking saves kids, reputations of parents and cities and taxpayer money. Are you tired of the grieving parent of a "good kid" who gets shot by police or by another kid with a gun? Where was that mother (or father) at 10:00 pm?
Besides cost to lives, find out how much a take over costs taxpayers. Trials get mighty expensive as we see in trials that draw international attention. Although we try to put a price on a person, what price on a life is worth paying? God knows if you are having a problem calculating.
