The pundits and podcasters keep talking and arguing.
I heard a discussion between two podcasters last night, August 13. One is a former soldier (not career), turned podcaster/writer due to the issues with the elections and lockdowns. He has an opinion on many things. The other is also a former soldier, former law enforcement officer and survivor of illegal prosecution during the Biden administration. The trial of TR was the focus of their argument. The first believes TR was set up. The second one does not. The first one, as usual, resorts to name calling when his opinion is challenged.
A jury will decide guilt or innocence if a trial, which is still in the prelimary stage, ever starts.
My focus is on prevention because regardless of the motives or who dun it, someone got away with murder on a college campus.
Tax dollars are hard at work in the Monday Morning Quarterbacking phase of campus shootings.
Evidently the fact that other people were not hit, hence not targets, was discussed recently by the defense. If you read my book or read my posts, you may understand why I equate TR's lawyers with the lawyers of the VP, EP in the Newport News school shooting. Only dead or physically injured people count in the trial phase?
Previous part of blog:
Out from under? The Charlie Kirk shooting and death is just a clean cut case? Yes or no.
If you answered no, then the rock is still your roof.
I would not necessarily comment on CK's death but his death had an impact. Regardless of politics or persuasion, this death of a young married man and father, by violent means, is sad, but not shocking. He was a "lightening rod" and spoke regularly at similar campus settings.
The pundits are making money off CK's death and the many conspiracy theories surrounding it are playing with information. But thank goodness, some great ones have been following the details. Some are adamant about debunking the extreme takes. As with any high profile case, confusion reigns supreme. The details can be devilish.
The preliminary hearing, Day 1, started today. There is a lot of discussion about the location and a lot of objections by the defense. Every aspect of this morning's hearing, that I heard, reminds me of the number of objections by the defense in the VP, EP trial. They care about one life, not necessarily truth.
Uncivil Law on YouTube is doing the play by play. I suspect many others are too. Uncivil Law is actually very funny and thorough.
Of interest to me is the location. Take away any conspiracy theories, and remember college campuses are safe places, next to holiness, right? Watch the video link below.
A college campus invited or allowed this TPUSA leader to their campus. That is not the problem.
The problem to me is a security issue. Paramount Tactical and some other (smaller) YouTube channels went to investigate the location not long after CK's death. They have done all sorts of research and campus mapping, using drones.
This video below is from three news people who were covering the event. They are primary witnesses, not pundits. The video was done months ago.

The Interview Room has been covering the court preliminary hearing too. Chris M., a retired police officer, has a take similar to Uncivil Law.
A security officer, from the university where CK was murdered, testified today So, campus security must play into the scenario?
Laying foundations for bringing in evidence. The alleged shooter is on trial, not the University.
I have a question. How did security miss providing top notch security when a known "lightening rod" was coming to speak? What if the shooter hit the wrong target? Would the trial garner international attention? Would CK be able to do something for the safety of the campus had he lived?
Would anyone care?
This university is another one that has some "splaining" to do.
Keep watching, even if the defense attorneys tries to talk into infinity. School violence is everyone's business.
Keep the celebrity status of the dead man and the circus surrounding the shooting, out of the analysis if you can.
A man died on a college campus. A trial is underway with the prelimlnary hearing underway this week. Day 3 was today as this is an updated blog on July 8, 2026.
The testimony thus far, when the defense stops talking, will debunk some of the conspiracy theories.
Keep in mind, whether the alleged shooter acted alone, was MK Ultra and is part of something even more sinister, the shooter had a choice. The evidence points to the choice clearly made.
I just wonder, with all those locations on campus, showing the defendents movements, why no one in real time was watching those cameras.
ASK..asking saves kids on college campuses.
Maybe, if someone at the university had asked a few questions before the event, the school would not be infamous now.
Pay attention. Due process is important.
It is "Monday morning" in a court in Utah this week ( year and counting)
