I wonder if, in the soap operas that involve doctor's offices, do the $15.00 an hour employees know this law? I wonder if the ones who work in overseas outsourced departments know?
Think about this law when you do not mind that medical information gets outsourced. It is bad enough citizens do not know. What happens when the work is outsourced to another country or not done by a US citizen?
