A short is a short is a short. It is telling, as are Google docs. The algorithm knows.
I am not sure what exactly we have learned in the last 25 years which is any different from forever. We have media reports. People like me write, lament, find fault..aka expect people to be responsible. We deal with tales as old as time. How are the colleges doing with adults, let alone kids, coming through the pipeline as this man answers? The words Penn State are behind his head. Hmm.
Kids coming through the pipeline were assaulted by an adult at Penn State.
Lots of things go on behind closed doors. When those doors are opened through media reports, whistleblowers, sharing, public outrage, or FOIA, many respond. Monday mornings bring light and some mea culpas. Courts may or may not bring justice.
Again, failures give advice?

Adults do need to take responsibilty. My parents used to say something about the "bed you sleep in". What was that article years ago about Flying... ? I know there is a post in this blog on that.
Today we know the term FOFA. It is not just in politics but in every aspect of our lives. Sometimes the consequences takes years to manifest. No one is immune.
