A campus shooting, no matter how you feel about the victim, even if this death was due to the grand theory out there, questions on campus security need to be asked. If the theories on the grand scale hold any water, then ask, ask, ask. If there are holes, ask anyway.
After a period of mourning, which is always difficult when the death of a loved one is surrounded by controvesy, the head starts to clear as the heart heals.
In a civil society, lawsuits, not vengeance, are filed to seek answers. I am not sure why it took a year, but finally, questions are being asked, in legal formality, by TPUSA, about the shooting on the campus of UVU.
I was posting in podcasters' chats about the university's culpability last year. If you have the slightest knowledge on prevention when a lightening rod comes to town and complete failure to protect happens, you would ask to.

This story is not going away. Is CK the grain of wheat that had to fall to the ground? Regardless of how you interpret his life, he is more famous in death then when alive. The alledged shooter failed to silence his voice.
The university administration failed in protecting CK and their campus. I wonder how the donors are feeling now?
FERPA and the Clery Act may be headlining again. How about all the laws on school safety, will we get a refresher course?
