With the many pundits lending their voices about the death of CK, the lawsuit against UVU by CK's family has brought up more discussions. However, more talk on these shows is about CO at times then about CK. The non practicing lawyers like to talk too.
I listen closely for these two words, The Clery Act. Some changes were made to strengthen it for consumer protection after Virginia Tech. Do you know about Virginia Tech or Lehigh University? If not:
Do a deep dive on The Clery Act. It was as a result of a campus murder. Her last name is Clery.
I bet CK knew of it, if not, his ignorance did not help him. He spoke on college campuses.
