Staff safety: It is a crime to assault people, unless you are unborn.
That being said, since clear thinking adults would not kill an unborn child, there are definitions of mitigating circumstsnces when assaulting other humans ( and animals under different laws. Clear thinkers may actually get a piece of the puzzle to stop crime.
