Patterns are predictable: Bend is no different.

..before and after a school shooting. Asking is good. Ask for honesty. Parents and community members are important. It is your business.

Attend the scheduled meetings this week.

Per news report, School Board, Administration, and National Mass Violence Center staff will be present. See links below the news reports. One is copy and paste for the Center. The school district website is a copy and paste link also.

National Town Hall- April 2025 is listed on channel. Recorded on March  27, 2025. This group, per webinar spokesperson explains, was created for victims. They have an MVP podcast. The one participant seems to think not so kindly of politicians who show up.

Bloomington, Indiana. The mayor says the large ring of lights in the Street Scape will be lit tonight to be a beacon of hope in the darkness.

News Conference:

At every news conference thoughts and prayers are offered. Bloomington, Indiana  personnel are offering them today. Safe community. No one in custody. College student Halloween party on private property not owned or managed by the university.

The comments section say that one happened in Lansing, Michigan near a college also.

And a 17 year old, repeat offender suspect is caught, but unnamed due to age, in the Spirit of Halloween shooting. He surrendered. Who is his spiritual guide?

Please think and pray before an attack. Not predictable? Somebody always knows.

E.T. learned to speak English, in two words sentences, basically, strung together to ask ( and tell).

Phone Home. Be good.  (Or home phone)

The questions you ask do not have to be complicated. Neither do the answers.

Ask Abbott and Costello about complicated?

Life can be as confusing. ASKing helps?

Sometimes the ask and answers can be found in a story.

Inspired by a comment, a movie, Halloween, and the shortest sentence in Scripture that explains it all. Jesus wept. He also laughed and challenged.

All Saints Day yesterday and All Soul's Day today.

Who remembers?

Who celebrates?

Who believes?

Who watched? Who cared? Who wept? Who cried? Who acted?

Elliott? A child will lead them.

Get started with prevention. It begins with a question. I listed a few to ponder.

I saw E.T. with my husband (then) and my oldest brother, Marty, in the past. He is remembered in today and in my book.
