This link is the testimony of medical doctors who were called in to testify to Abby Zwerner 's (AZ) mental health and physical injuries after a six year old shot her, in front of other first graders, in her classroom.
These doctors administered clinically to AZ as well as became credentialed expert witnesses in the civil trial.
Did the jury believe because they saw the aftermath of the shooting? Why didn't an expert in education, the VP, EP, not believe her staff? Did she have to see the wounds?
I think the testimony is important. One is a video, one is just audio. The descriptions are not for weak stomachs. AZ endured much pain. She was not just shot in the hand in case that was summarized to anyone. She was shot at point blank range as the bullet hit her, fragmented then traveled through her hand to her chest as her hand was raised.
I think we do have to evaluate how PTSD and medicatiom can affect the reactions of a teacher. However, AZ did seek help for her classroom. Did she have to "act up" to get the VP on board?

Medical knowledge is important before a shooting too. Is there any public information on JT or the VP, EP? The VP, the defendant, lost the civil trial.
