I wasn't going to comment on the murder of CK but in a previous post, I opened that door.
CK was, and still is, a polarizing man. Anyone who speaks publicly on controversial topics is called polarizing. He was willing to discuss and debate/argue. He had/ has an international fan and enemy base. He died on September 10, 2025. The preliminary hearings for probable cause regarding the murder by the alleged shooter of CK took place this week. My previous post addresses some links to follow.
My opinion of lawyers has not changed after this week. I still distrust them as a whole. If you listened to just five minutes of the coverage, you may distrust also. Lawyers are part of our bell curve in life. Due process is abused in the hands of some. Remember Jesus' plight with lawyers? I bet CK was quite familiar with the issue.
Both Jesus and CK had a right to live and discuss. Both young men had a Judas. Evidently, both alledged murders expressed remorse. One committed suicide. One has lawyers pleading for life.
My concerns in this blog site is about prevention. Monday morning has come. There are many voices and theories.
In my opinion, the university royally screwed up. See other post for my comments. Are they on trial anywhere? Does anyone want the authorities at the university with the beautiful campus and CK Memorial now, want a trial? Questions, anyone? ASK..you know the drill. I do know the defense is curious.
In my YouTube feed today, because Google feeds the YouTube beast based on previous views, this gentleman's channel came through as listed below.
He is a voice for whom I am concerned because he was attending a large event. Was his safety and life even considered by the university before the CK scheduled appearance? Did the vlogger know of the real risks? Evidently, the university, in my opinion, passed on full svknowledgement of he risks.
I am posting a few of the vlogger's short videos and his longer video in which he reflects on that infamous day. He posted months ago. It is yesterday's news but timely.
The death occurred ten months ago, but guess what, it is in the news all the time. This week the news was on steroids. The next big update on the results of the preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 1, 2026. Due process in the works on "Monday morning".
While we wait for the results with the Magistrate's decision, pay attention to other voices. TR has his advocates. EK has hers. The witnesses are all less than six degrees of separation. Celebrity status is playing a role.
Do not let the unknown public voices of the witnesses go unnoticed or be forgotten.
Once you watch this witnesses videos, you may have similar questions to mine. When is the civil or even criminal trials for some staff at the university.

Ask yourself what you would have done if in charge of a large campus with additional guests when the speaker was both loved and hated.
CK would love the debates that are going on. He probably would verbally throw down some famous voices.
People still debate Jesus so haters are going to hate. Prevention is worth millions if not billions today. Judas threw back his 30 pieces of silver.
Even if you believe in CIA operatives or shows, someone always has a piece in prevention, starting with the murderer whom, because of free will, could always have made a choice for live.
Like Pilate, did the university wash their hands from responsibilty. I bet their are lawyers advising.
